Custom indie games
Original experiences designed to delight — mechanics that feel good, worlds worth exploring, and polish that respects players’ time.
Stay determined. Just roll with the punches.
We craft custom indie games that are fun to develop and fun to play — paying the best of gaming forward, one shipped title at a time.
About the studio
YOTES is the home of Yotes Games, LLC — a Florida-based indie studio led by Tony Yotes (just call him Yotes). With a B.S. in Gaming & Simulation from Pennsylvania College of Technology (2016) and hands-on indie work since around 2013, the studio exists to turn ambitious ideas into playable experiences.
From multi-language coding to pixel art, UI/UX, writing, and remote collaboration, the through-line is simple: learn whatever the job needs, then execute with care.
What we build
Whether you need a full title, focused development help, or a collaborative partner who can wear many hats, YOTES ships with intent.
Original experiences designed to delight — mechanics that feel good, worlds worth exploring, and polish that respects players’ time.
Hands-on coding across languages and stacks, systems that stay readable under complexity, and shipping discipline from prototype to release.
Remote-friendly teamwork, clear communication of complex ideas, and flexible skill coverage — art, UI, writing, and more as the project needs.
Approach & values
Passion projects can stand with blockbusters when execution is honest. We aim to prove that work can be fun — and that ambitious dreams are worth chasing.
Take the best experiences games gave us and create more of them for the next player.
Features meant to delight, not extract. Revenue share over detached shareholders calling the shots.
A million concepts mean little without shipping. We prioritize finishing well.
The greatest skill is making the needed thing exist — then sharpening it through practice.
